Fill out the contact form and let me know if you'd like to schedule a free half hour session or just start with a full one hour session. I will be in touch to schedule a time.
After we've scheduled a time, I will email your student with an email address you'll provide. I usually email the student a couple hours before the first meeting and give them the Zoom link. The link is always the same, so students can join with the same link in future sessions. Some students need a reminder from me that we're meeting that day, however most manage this themselves.
Most students prefer to meet once or twice a week at a specific recurring time to ensure a spot. If my schedule allows I also will schedule "emergency" sessions. Some students do not need consistent extra support, and I am happy to schedule a session as needed if I'm available.
I prefer Zelle, but also use Venmo or Paypal. After a session, I will send you a request for payment.
I can record our tutoring sessions for students or parents to review later, however I will only do this with a parent's written permission. I can then send the zoom link along with the pdf of our collaborative whiteboard.
